Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-6 weeks

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We can not be held responsible for delayed shipping due to delays in customs or delays related to weather.

We ship worldwide! Items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Available USPS International shipping services are:

Selection for shipping service can be made at checkout. If your country is not available for selection during checkout, please contact us and we will be happy to add your country to our database.

Customs and import taxes

International buyers (outside of the U.S) are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. International buyers, please ensure you understand what your specific customs and import taxes will cost prior to purchasing from our store. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we are not responsible for the shipping costs and can not refund the item. We will not mark packages as gifts on customs forms. Please do not contact us with this request.

RUSH ORDERS

If a rush order is needed to receive an item faster than the stated production time and there is availability in our production calendar, we may have the ability to create your piece more quickly. A rush fee will be required to speed up the process. Please contact us prior to purchasing your item regarding your rush order, so that we may confirm the availability in our production calendar.

PACKAGING

Your piece will be wrapped up with the upmost care in our beautiful packaging. Headpieces and other hair adornments will be accompanied with a keepsake duster bag and a sturdy keepsake box to ensure safe keeping for years to come. --More packaging details here.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of our items we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our items, because they are made to order for your chosen specifications. This policy is inclusive of our custom designed pieces. Please consider all items seriously before purchasing. We are happy to work with you prior to purchasing an item to help decide what colors, details, and styles might work best with your wedding day attire. You may also purchase fabric color swatches to ensure you have chosen the correct fabric color.
