All made-to-order accessories are guaranteed to be produced and shipped in 12 weeks or less.

Rush Orders are available for the following production timeframes. A rush fee will be applicable to any rush order.

  • Regular Rush: 6-8 weeks

  • Super Rush: 4 weeks

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • United States: 1-5 business days

  • Canada: 1-2 weeks

  • Europe: 1-4 weeks

  • Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-6 weeks

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.  We can not be held responsible for delayed shipping due to delays in customs or delays related to weather.

Items are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS. Available shipping services are:

  • USPS Ground (2-9 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days)

SHIPPING INFORMATION: INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide!  Items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Available USPS International shipping services are: 

  • Priority Mail International (6-10 day Delivery)

  • Priority Mail Express International (3-5 day delivery)

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International buyers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please ensure you understand what your specific customs and import taxes will cost prior to purchasing from our store.  If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we are not responsible for the shipping costs and can not refund the item.  We will not mark packages as gifts on customs forms.  Please do not contact us with this request.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the delicate nature of our items we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our items—  because they are made to order for your chosen specifications. This policy is inclusive of our custom designed pieces. Please consider all items seriously before purchasing.  Contact us to assist you prior to purchasing to help decide what colors, details, and styles might work best with your wedding day attire. We also offer try-on boxes and fabric swatches to ensure your decision is made soundly.
